This agreement provides a single, overarching legal agreement for the entirety of the NPCC NE Regions seven policing services, and other partners, for collaboration. Two sub-functional Agreements for CBRN and DVI will follow. As joint working progresses individual sub-functional service agreements may be added and published.

Other agreements
Police & Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire and Police & Crime Commissioner for Cleveland Supplementary Collaboration and Secondment Agreement
The objective of the arrangement is to provide for the secondment of a member of staff to the Community Safety Hub project team on a collaborative basis between Police & Crime Commissioners.
The agreement was varied in May 2018 to incorporate revised provisions including duration and new data protection law.
